Summary (from Goodreads)
Seventeen-year old Macy Lockhart thought she had it all figured out.
As a Keeper in the ancient organization, the Order of the Moirae, she literally holds fate in her hands. She lives over and over in lives that end tragically; all to further the good of mankind as she does her part to control destiny.
But there’s one lesson that she hasn’t learned well enough. Nothing is ever what it seems.
Startling new revelations about her identity surface and Macy realizes that she’s more important than she ever imagined. As she struggles to grasp her new reality, everyone she loves is threatened. Is she strong enough to save them all?
My Review :)
okay so now It is July 31st which means 17 more days until the end of my MISSION/when school starts...I have now finished Fated by Courtney Cole and the second book of The Bloodstone Series...and this will be my second blog review from my Mission...here goes nothing...okay so first of all I have got to say that Fated is a WORTHY sequel to Every Last Kiss...I was worried that with the plot of the 1st book and the beginning of Fated that is was just going to be a repeat of the first book in the series...oh boy was I wrong!...this book blew my mind and the writing is so genius...she kept me guessing the whole book...very much like Every Last Kiss which made me change my mind about books with settings in the past...Fated changed my mind about Greek Mythology...my sophmore lit teacher made us read the most dreadful Greek Mythology book for summer reading and I hated every minute of it, but now I almost feel like I would love it...kinda wish I would've read this book first...she brings the mythology to life while keeping the facts in it...just thinking about the book just blows my mind and your going to have to read it to know what I am talking about...ALSO I can't believe it ended like that...OH MY GOODNESS I NEED for the 3rd book to come out right now...I HAVE to know what happens!!! oh 3rd book of the Bloodstone Series please come out soooon...b4 I die of anticipation...ok so here are a few of my favorite quotes from the book...i would give you the page numbers, but I read it off of my AWESOME KINDLE in which there are none...here are the quotes..."This was too much craziness for any one person to handle without ice cream" and "Courage is not being fearless- it is created by overcoming your fears"...there is one goofy and one series (if that's what you want to call it) quote...i loved the first one cause well first of all in the situation she is in it's comic relief and also who hasn't been there when ice cream or chocolate is needed...and i loved the second one because of the TRUTH that was in it...anyway so to wrap everything up...I hope everyone reads the book it was great...and I got to go read because I have a little while to go before completion of my Mission...happy reading

Every Last Kiss
Author: Courtney Cole
Summary (from Goodreads)
What would you do if you held Fate in your hands? 17-year old Macy Lockhart has the weight of the world on her shoulders. For thousands of years, she has been a Keeper in the ancient organization, the Order of the Moirae… and she literally holds fate in her hands. But this is something that she forgets because her memories are wiped clean in every life until it is time for her cycle to start again. For the last two thousand years, this has never been a problem. Until now. And now…Fate, the very thing that Macy was born to keep, is being challenged and she has only one choice: To return to a previous life to fix it; a life where she was Cleopatra’s handmaiden, Charmian. And that’s not all. Unless she interferes with the fabric of time, the very thing she has returned to repair, her soul mate will die leading Marc Antony’s forces against Rome. Can she really stand aside and allow the love of her life to die all over again?
My Review!!!
okay so I just finished Every Last Kiss by Courtney Cole...I'm now making it part of my MISSION to review the books I read..so i can blog about it...this would be my first "official" review ever...so we will see how it goes...okay so no surprises here I loved the book (in previous "reviews" that I have done this is where I would've pretty much stopped), but now I'm going to go into why i loved it so much...okay so not your typical book...before this book I would definitely shy away from anything having to do with "history" or the setting be in the past...but somehow Courtney Cole has changed my mind...she put a very interesting twist on Ancient Egypt and gave it a modern feeling while staying true to the setting...it also kept me on my toes...no where in the book could I figure out what was going to happen in the end...not only that but once I got to the end I felt like that book could stand by itself...so I wasn't dying to start reading Fated (2nd book in The Bloodstone Saga) while I was writing this review...and like so many other romance novels I have read I loved the strong, gentle, masculine, chivalrous male role Hasani played...this is something guys should pay attention to...CHIVALRY ISN'T DEAD...girls still love it and shouldn't have to only fantasize about it in books

Not Normal
okay so I know I'm not a normal blogger...I hate grammar and punctuation and spelling things correctly...i just don't care...I found myself yesterday worrying about what the great unknown...called cyberspace...would think of my blog...all i could think of is that I'm not the normal blogger because of my lack of liking things that are pretty essential to writing...and worrying about if I was putting too many posts out in one day or too little...but then i remembered who this is really for...who cares what the vast unknown thinks...I can do whatever I want...and I don't have to follow any kind of "blog code"...so i just wanted to put it out there...I'm not normal

How It All Started
well I have this really cool device...it's called a kindle and everyone should have one...anyway I was bored the weekend of July 4th so I was browsing through Amazon trying to find some entertainment and I came across this book...Eternal Eden by Nicole Williams...it was only .99 so why not? rite?...well i got really hooked and after I finished the book I started snooping around trying to figure out when the next book was coming out and I found out that there was this almost whole community of authors that wrote the same kind of books...some of them were even writing a short story novel...The Glassheart Chronicles...so I decided to start reading all of the books that were going to be included in the chronicles...even though it was eight authors that doesn't necessarily mean eight books...because then all of these books ended up being series...and it's not like once you start the 1st book you can not read the next...so have i bit off more than I can chew? I guess that's how it became a mission!!!!
Books I Have Read
Nicole Williams
Courtney Cole
Fisher Amelie
I think that covers them all except the fact that once I read one of those books listed there will be others that I want to read by those authors or a sequel...so that list will probably double...can i do this?

let's see how it goes
Lake House..
I love when it rains up here...it lets me relax and the noise on the tin rough rocks me to sleep...it gives me time to get away from my life...it also gives me a little to much time...and this time i decided to go crazy on the internet...i set up a twitter @tessmwatson and a goodreads account...and now a blog...I don't know if anything will come out of having this blog..maybe it will give me a space to just write what I think just for myself to let it out...cyberdiary...or maybe once school starts back up I will loose interest all together...not having time to write anything...but whatever happens, happens and we will just have to see how it goes...
